Peanut butter

Maybe you have already heard this, but I just learned about it. If you have Peter Pan or Great Value (Wal-Mart brand) peanut butter, you need to check to see if the lid has a product code beginning with 2111. If so, it may contain salmonella. It should be discarded or returned to the store for a refund or exchange. We have Great Value peanut butter, but I didn’t find this code on it, so I’m guessing it’s okay. Both jars (creamy and crunchy) are almost empty, so I may pitch them and buy new ones just in case. You can click here for more info.
